Summary: | The present invention provides an ink with light-absorbable nano-grains and preparation method thereof. The ink contains light-absorbable grains, a solvent and a dispersant. The light-absorbable nano-grains are the nano-crystals of CuInGaSe (CIGS) or CuInGaSeS (CIGSS) and have grain sizes of less than 200 nm. The solvent is a hydrophobic or anhydrous organic solvent with a boiling point of less than 130 DEG C. The dispersant enables the nano-grains to be dispersed in the solvent. In an anaerobic and anhydrous environment, the light-absorbable powder is mixed with the solvent and the dispersant to carry out a grind, thereby an ink having powder body with grain size less than 200 nm is obtained. This invention is characterized by not requiring toxic hydrazine or triethylamine as a solvent, saving preparation time, preventing powder from oxidation and pollution, having the advantages of not containing salts and other by-products, thereby promoting the efficiency of successively forming a light-absorbable element |
