Summary: | The invention relates to a three-dimensional ultrasonic image tracking system for an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine. The three-dimensional ultrasonic image tracking system is to construct a three-dimensional ultrasonic image database of calculi for a patient in a computer system in advance, in which a two-dimensional ultrasonic scanner is utilized to acquire calculi image slices by scanning the patient's calculi step by step, and then the calculi image slices acquired in the scanning process are reconstructed to compose the three-dimensional ultrasonic image database. The three-dimensional ultrasonic images are served as a reference database for the three-dimensional tracking system. After that, two-dimensional ultrasonic calculi image slices which are immediately accessed in the scanning process during an extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy are compared with data of the above-mentioned three-dimensional ultrasonic image database so as to analyze correlations and an optimum position, enabling |
