The purpose of present invention is providing a substrate film with transparent conductive layer which is a substrate with transparent conductive layer or a film with transparent conductive layer having transparent conductive pattern whose pattern can not be viewed easily on a transparent supporting body, can be formed by using simple and efficient method and can produce substrate, film with transparent conductive layer for touch panel, transparent conductive film laminate for touch panel or touch panel whose pattern can not be viewed easily. The present inventors solve problems of visibility by not forming pattern region by conductive region covered by uniform transparent conductive coating film and high-resistant region not covered by transparent conductive coating film and insulating them electrically and using region being formed into mixing structure of part covered by transparent conductive coating film and part not covered by transparent conductive coating film.
