Summary:A rotation speed setting device of a heat dissipating fan is disclosed. It comprises an impedance unit and a modulation unit for modulating the current direction of the impedance unit. The impedance unit has a fist resistor and a second resistor. One end of the first resistor is electrically coupled to one end of the second resistor, and the connection point is defined as a first contact. The other end of the first resistor is defined as a second contact. The other end of the second resistor is defined as a third contact. Resistance value can be changed by the design of the modulation unit. Therefore, the specification of the modulation unit can be unified for reducing production costs effectively while achieving the effect of decreasing stock.
