A method for manufacturing absorbent article comprises the following steps: a cotton splitting, cleaning, and combing step; a net laying step; a hydraulic and pressure entanglement immersion step; and a pressurizing and sucking step. The fiber piece can be simultaneously entangled and immersed through the aforementioned steps. Therefore, bake-drying facility is not required. It does not only save factory spaces but also reduces time and energy resource consumed by bake-drying process and air-conditioning energy resource required at high-temperature operating space so as to save the costs required for overall process. In addition, the hydraulic and pressure entanglement immersion step with high pressured fluid manner is adopted to force the liquid entering non-hydrophilic absorbent article to retain the uniform moisture of the absorbent article. Moreover, since the absorbent article stays at a state of moisturized without baked-drying, the problem of dry/wet interface caused by wetting from drying may not occu
