The invention relates to a cleaning method and a jig for glass packaging of light-sensitive. The cleaning method comprises: a preparation step of preparing the glass blanks, a first cleaning step of cleaning the glass blanks with ultra-pure water using ultrasonic technology, a cutting step of snapping the glass blank to a predetermined size, an annealing step of annealing the jig at a high temperature for an extremely short time to remove all the surface impurities and burrs from the process, a sheet packing step of storing each batch of glass unit in the jig and putting each batch of jig in a firm support, a second cleaning step of cleaning the firm support with ultra-pure water using ultrasonic technology, and a finished step of sealing the glass unit in the jig with a cover. The invention also provides a jig using said cleaning method to prevent pollution in mass production and transportation.
