The invention relates to a foldable working platform structure, and particularly to a foldable working platform structure positionable under a sofa. The working platform structure includes a fixation frame disposed at the bottom of the sofa. A sliding frame is slidably disposed on the fixation frame so as to be drawable out of the front side of the sofa,. A standing frame selectively extending upward is pivotally disposed on the sliding frame. A flat plate selectively extending horizontally is disposed on the standing frame at a place opposite to the pivoting end. Through the design set forth above, a flat plate and standing bars of the working platform are selectively foldable in the sliding frame and stowable under the sofa with the sliding frame. When needed, they can be pulled outwardly and extended so that a user can work at the sofa with the working platform, improving the problem of occupying a large amount of space of the conventional computer desk, thereby providing a comfortable, convenient, and spa
