Summary:An LED driving device includes: a rectifying circuit including a pair of input terminals and first and second output terminals, being adapted for receiving an AC voltage at the pair of input terminals, and rectifying the AC voltage to output a pulsating rectified voltage at the first and second output terminals; a series connection of a first LED module and a first switch coupled between the first and second output terminals of the rectifying circuit, the first switch being controllable to switch between conductive and nonconductive states; a series connection of a second LED module and a second switch coupled between the first and second output terminals of the rectifying circuit, the second switch being controllable to switch between conductive and nonconductive states; and a diode module coupled between a common node between the first LED module and the first switch and a common node between the second LED module and the second switch.
