The curtain wall unit 10 to be arranged at the periphery of a building, comprises: a frame body 10 being formed of transoms 40, 50, 60 and mullions 20, 30; a first glass panel 70 to be arranged within a frame defined by the frame body; a second glass panel 75 which is disposed with a certain space from the first glass panel in a manner to face one face of the first glass panel and which is arranged within a frame defined by the frame body, wherein a hollow A is formed by arranging the frame body, the first glass panel, and the second glass panel, a vent 51a communicating with the hollow is provided to at least one of the transoms of the frame body, and vents 21a, 31a communicating with the hollow are provided to at least one of the mullions of the frame body.
