The present invention is to provide a curtain wall unit which can prevent a short circuit of air-circulation and which exhibits excellent exterior. The curtain wall unit 10A comprises: a frame body 15 being formed of transoms 40, 50, 60 and mullions 20A, 30A; a first glass panel 70 to be arranged within a frame defined by the frame body; a second glass panel 75 which is disposed with a certain space from the first glass panel in a manner to face one face of the first glass panel and which is arranged within a frame defined by the frame body, wherein a hollow P is formed by arranging the frame body, the first glass panel, and the second glass panel, a first vent 20Aa communicating with the hollow is provided to one of the mullions of the frame body, and a second vent 30Aa communicating with the hollow is provided to the other mullion of the frame body above the level of the first vent.
