The present invention provides a radiation sensitive resin composition, a cured article and a method for preparing the same. The radiation sensitive resin composition is not only able to form cured article for being protection film of display device, insulating film or spacer, but also has excellent sensitivity, wherein the cured article has uniformity of film thickness, excellent lightfastness against UV, etc. and normally requested rubbing fastness, compressing ability (recovery rate and softness), etc. The present invention provides a radiation sensitive resin composition used for forming cured article for protection film of display device, insulating film or spacer. The radiation sensitive resin composition contains (A) polymer having carboxyl group, (B) unsaturated compound having polymerizability, (C) radiation sensitive initiator of polymerization and (D) heat-sensitive pigment.
