Summary: | A method for assessing a risk of a patient for developing a cutaneous adverse reaction in response to a carbamazepine drug or an allopurinol drug based on presence of a T-cell receptor that includes a V 11 chain having ISGSY or GLAGVDN as its nDn domain or a T-cell receptor that includes a V 13A chain having YSPGR or FRDTGT as its nDn domain. Also disclosed herein are oligonucleotides or antibodies for detecting the nDn domains mentioned above and diagnostic kits containing the oligonucleotides or antibodies. |
