Summary:A flat voice coil speaker mainly comprises a circuit film. Voice coils are provided on the circuit film. A positioning film ring is set on the circuit film. Positioning plates are set on top and bottom sides of the positioning film, and magnetic plates are respectively set on the upper and the lower side of the two positioning plates. A plurality of magnets are set on the inner surface of the two magnetic plates. Each magnet is provided with a magnetic plate. The flat voice coil speaker of the invention is formed by combinations of the aforementioned elements.
