Summary:An electronic translating method, a mobile electronic device and a translating are provided. The electronic translating method includes the following steps. A first language type is defined. An outside audio signal is provided. A group of satellite position data is received. A number of second language types correspond to the group of satellite position data are obtained according to the group of satellite position data. lt is determined that the outside audio signal matches at least one of the second language types. If the outside audio signal matches at least one of the second language types, then the outside audio signal is translated to a translated audio signal which matches the first language type. A translated audio signal is outputted. The translated audio signal corresponds to the first language type.
