Summary:A direct-drive working head for a grinding machine, which utilizes three bevel gears to axially transfer the driving force of a drive motor to a rotary tray. The direction of the second bevel gear is vertical to that of the first and third bevel gears, such that the axial driving force can still be outputted axially when being transferred to the rotary tray, so as to reduce the lateral spread volume of the working head, thus improving the applicability of the working head. Moreover, since the gears are engaged with one another, the probability of loosing and damaging can be reduced, and the stability of working can also be improved.
