Summary:The present invention provides a technique of compact and artistic stand-riding bicycle that can be advanced through reciprocal motion by a rider due to pedal angle and locus that allows easy force application. Provided at a location farther from the front and top of the pedal surface at the bottom dead center is a rotation shaft, with which left/right pedal arms are connected to undergo swing movement in opposite directions. The pedals and swing sprockets (161/162) are attached to the rear of left/right pedal arms up and down. Chain fixed members (101/102) and idle sprockets (171/172) are arranged to the frame in such a manner that at the bottom dead center, they are situated at the front and the rear of the swing sprockets respectively as well as at the bottom of the pedal. The left/right drive chains at one end are fixed to the chain fixed members, and wound around swing sprockets, idle sprockets, and one-way clutch chains (181/182) to extend in a forward direction toward the other ends.
