Summary:The present invention relates to a thin-film solar cell structure with increased light utilization efficiency, which comprises a transparent texture layer, a transparent conducting layer, a photovoltaic conversion layer and a back electrode layer formed by sequentially stacking from the light incident side. A substrate can be further arranged below the back electrode layer. The transparent conducting layer, the photovoltaic conversion layer and the back electrode layer are partitioned to form a laser scribing area and a working area capable of performing photovoltaic conversion via laser scribing in a module process. The transparent texture layer is of an angular or arc shape and has a concave part corresponding to the laser scribing area, so as to concentrate the incident light onto the working area via the transparent texture layer. In addition, a transparent texture layer can be formed on a plurality of alternately arranged silicon wafers, and the concave part of the transparent texture layer corresponds t
