The present invention provides a method to assist manpower-dispatching company in evaluating the working stability of dispatched personnel, a biographical questionnaire is provided in a server, and the biographical questionnaire is downloaded by an electronic equipment through network. The biographical questionnaire has multiple questions and each question includes at least two selection items for the dispatched personnel to select from. The dispatched personnel answer the questions of the biographical questionnaire on the electronic equipment. After all questions have been answered by the dispatched personnel, the electronic equipment uploads the biographical questionnaire to the server through network. For each answer of the dispatched personnel to the questionnaire, the server will give a score; different answers will probably correspond to different scores.
