A transistor substrate includes a first display area and a second display area. The first display area has a plurality of scan lines from the first to the Nth along a scanning direction, and has a plurality of pixels arranged in flip pixel matrix order. The second display area has a plurality of scan lines from the (N+1) th to the 2Nth along the scanning direction, and has a plurality of pixels arranged in flip pixel matrix order. The first display area and the second display area are disposed adjacent along the scanning direction. In the adjacent display areas, the pixels electrically connected with the Nth scan line of the first display area and the pixels electrically connected with the (N+1)th scan line of the second display area have the same connection structure. A display panel and a display apparatus are also disclosed.
