A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate comprises a substrate, a plurality of pixels, and a fan-out. The substrate has a display region and an IC-mounted region. These pixels are arranged as a matrix on the display region. The fan-out connects the IC-mounted region and the display region for electrically connecting the driver IC and pixels. The fan-out comprises a first metallic layer, an insulation layer, and a second metallic layer. The first metallic layer is formed on the substrate. The insulation layer is formed on the first metallic layer. The second metallic layer is formed on the insulation layer.
