Summary:A system for releasing heat in the hydrogen production method of fuel cell provides reaction heat of hydrogen production. The system comprises a tank, a fuel and air supply, and a combustion catalyst. The fuel comprises an organic compound and water for a combustion reaction. The catalyst for combustion is mounted in the tank, and catalyzes the combustion reaction of the fuel so as to release heat. The mole proportion of the carbon atom in the organic compound to the water molecular is at least less than 3.5. It was also applicable for catalytic combustion of exhaust gas and liquid.
