Summary:An array substrate includes a carrier substrate, a plurality of TFTs, a plurality scan lines, a plurality data lines, a touch line, a touch electrode and a first insulating layer. One touch electrode is electrically coupled to one touch line. Each of the scan lines and each of the touch electrodes cooperatively define an overlapped region and form a touch region. One first insulating layer is disposed over the surface of the scan line. A gap is formed between one touch electrode and one first insulating layer and is disposed beneath the touch electrode within the one touch region.
