Summary:The charge transfer complex of this invention comprises an electron donor and an electron acceptor, and the electron donor contains a dendrimer (derdon) of the following formula(I), which comprises a least one hexa-valent group of formula(II): In formula(I), © is a core moiety, and m represents the number of the branchs connecting to the core moiety and is 2 or 4, while the Ds and Ps of the branchs are the same or different. When m is 2, © is a divalent core moiety and represents or Z0. When m is 4, © represents. In formula(II), T1, T2 and T3 respectively represents N or O. Furthermore, Dn and (P)2n of the formula(I) and X, Z0 and Z1 of © are given the definition and their connecting relationship as set forth in the specification and claim.
