This invention relates to a method for forming metal/resin mold comprising the steps of: using 3-dimensional mold drawing to rapidly form a prototype mold through a prototype machine; wrapping silica gel on the outside of the prototype mold to form a silica gel mold with a mold cavity; injecting powder into every frame border in the mold cavity of the silica gel mold to reach a proper height; placing several metal blocks on the powder to fill up the mold cavity ; placing the silica gel mold into a high vacuum casting machine; injecting liquid resin into the mold cavity so that the liquid resin is completely vacuum-de-aerated; and enabling the liquid resin to exactly permeate into the crevices between the powder and the metal blocks under a high vacuum pressure to fill up the mold cavity of the silica gel mold and to form a metal/resin mold through the high vacuum casting machine.
