Summary:A construction of fire door leaf and a manufacturing method of the casement thereof are provided. The fire door leaf includes a core, a casement and two covering layers. The casement is a frame to cover lateral sides of the core and is made of compreg. Said compreg is made of a plurality of pine that was initially baked, soaked in impregnated gum, dried under low temperature, stacked well, and laminated through heat-pressing to intensify the compreg. The two covering layers are laminated on the two faces of a combination of the core and the casement, which are perpendicular to the lateral sides of the core.
