This invention relates to a method for manufacturing machine tool parts and its product. According to the characteristic structure and high rigidity of the machine tool parts, reinforcement structure, such as appropriate steel holders and reinforcement mesh materials, are installed and disposed in a mold cavity of a formation mold, and metal parts, wiring pipes and rails then are installed therein, and mixed slurry for artificial stone are injected into the formation mold for solidification and forming. After de-molding and performing post process, the machine tool parts composed of artificial stone body can be made. The process of this invention is simple and can reduce energy consumption. With properties of the artificial stone, the machine tool parts have excellent mechanical expressions of good vibration damping effect and low thermal conductivity.
