The magnetic cores and coil sets of the two electromagnetic valves are disposed on the base and are disposed at the circumference of the first optical hole in an axially symmetric manner; the blades are connected to the corresponding magnetic components, and each blade is freely rotatable and movable between a first position and a second position to open or close the first optical hole through which light may be passed; the cover board is connected to the base and provided with a second optical hole corresponding to the first optical hole of the base.
