Summary:A test piece measurement apparatus and a cartridge which can correspond to immunochromato test pieces having various widths. In the cartridge, when first and second presser members (20, 21) move toward an immunochromato test piece (T), the immunochromato test piece (T) is pressed to the first and second presser members (20, 21), so that the center line (S) of the immunochromato test piece (T) moves toward a positioning scheduled line (L) of the cartridge (C1). As the result of this, whichever width the immunochromato test piece (T) has, the center line (S) of the immunochromato test piece (T) always coincides with the positioning scheduled line (L) of the cartridge (C1). A sliding movement system (22) has a slider (S1) movable in the extending direction of the positioning scheduled line (L) and a movement conversion mechanism (M1) which converts moving of the slider (S1) to the parallel movement of the first and second presser members (20, 21).
