A solar cell module includes a first transparent substrate, a second transparent substrate, a plurality of solar cells and a conductive layer. The first transparent substrate has a first surface defined thereon a central area and a circumference disposed at the periphery of the central area. The solar cells are disposed at the circumference of the first surface. The solar cells are electrically connected to each other via the conductive layer. The second transparent substrate covers on the first surface of the first transparent substrate. The solar cells and the conductive layer are packaged between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate. In comparison with the conventional solar cell module that does not allow light to pass through as its surface is fully distributed with solar cells, the present invention arranges the solar cells at the circumference so as to allow light to pass through the central area, and thereby possesses the functions of light transmission and solar power
