The system comprises at least one portable data storage device, adapted to store data comprising health related information; at least one external device, adapted to provide health related information; and at least one component adapted to manipulate the health related information stored in the at least one portable data storage device. The at least one external device and the at least one component are adapted to exchange data with the at least one portable data storage device, when the at least one portable data storage device is removable connected with the at least one external device or the at least one component. The health related information in the at least one portable data storage device is stored in a specific format, and is accessible by any external device or component in the system.
