Summary:A waste container having buffering device comprises a container body including an inner barrel. A cover pivotally mounted to the top of the container body. A front cover is pivotally installed on the sidewall of the container body, wherein a buffering device is mounted between the container body and the front cover, making the front cover open and taking the inner barrel out easily. At this moment, the front cover will automatically be turned off for the buffering effect when the strength of the front cover control is removed and will not incur huge noise.
