Summary:A surface finishing method of a touch device comprises: coating a film containing UV resin and with hardness over 1H on the surface of touch work piece; sputtering inorganic metal on the surface of coated film containing UV resin to form a nano oxide protective film; using vacuum sputtering or wet method to implant a fluoride into the surface of nano oxide protective film formed by sputtering inorganic metal to form a nano fluoride dirt proof film. By forming a protective film by sputtering inorganic nano oxide on the surface of coated film containing UV resin or forming a dirt proof film containing fluoride by further fluoride implantation treatment to the inorganic nano oxide protective film, the coated surface of touch work piece can have the enhanced properties of dirt proof, non-sticky, anti-electrostatics, wear resistance, excellent denseness, and no deterioration of gloss after use, etc.
