This invention provides a double-layered rolling shutter structure that comprises two parallel rolling shutters separated by air therebetween, each of the rolling shutter being an integrated composite laminate comprising: a first layer consisting of a flame-sheltering fabric; a second layer consisting of a fire-resistant fabric; and a third layer consisting of a metal foil; wherein, with respect to air between the rolling shutters, the third layer being located innermost, the second layer and the first layer being arranged in an order from the inner toward the outer. By means of the above configuration, taking advantage of stability and flame-sheltering property of the first layer, heat blocking ability of the second layer as well as the low radiation, gas impermeability, and excellent heat conductivity of the third layer, a fire resistant double-layered rolling shutter structure with excellent smoke-sheltering and heat-blocking ability can be obtained.
