Summary: | 1. Introduction Heat pump systems are best energy saving heating systems widely used as domestic as well as industrial, business, swimming pool and larger installations. Instead of using electric power or fossil energy for heating sources, heat pump uses entirely different source of energy from Latent Heat of vaporization/condensation of the refrigerant within the system. Compact and thermally efficient yet cost effective innovations have been developed. 2. Scope of the innovation a. Close-loop heat exchanger: Water reservoir tank with heating coil inside is used to transfer Latent Heat of hot, compressed refrigerant vapor from the compressor. Thermo-sensor will stop the system when programmed temperature is reached. b. Air bag accumulator water tank: Within the water reservoir tank, Adequate sized air bag is installed and filled with compressed air to enhance the flow out of water without installation of circulation pump. c.
