Summary: | This invention relates to a power supply control circuit for fine machining of a wire cut electrical discharge machine, comprising a main controller, a transistor driving circuit, and an AC discharge circuit, wherein a control signal of the main controller, after being amplified by the transistor driving circuit, is employed to control the AC discharge circuit to generate an anodic/cathodic discharge and drain circuit during an electric discharge machining process, making the average discharge voltage approach zero, so as to suppress the occurrence of electrolysis of insulating processing liquid, thereby solving the existing problem of electrolysis of insulating processing liquid occurring during an electric discharge machining process, which leads to corrosion of workpieces. |
