The present invention provides an optical film with vertex-angle slant-type and its manufacturing method of shaping mold thereof, including a flat substrate and plural pillars in one body extendingly and protrudingly disposed on the top of the flat substrate. Each vertex-edge of the pillar vertex-angle extends curvedly to left and right. From the front to the back, plural neighboring and continuously connected pillar sections can be defined by a prism. Each cross-section of the pillar section possesses a bisector of the vertex-angle and a reference line perpendicular to the vertex-plane of the substrate and passing through the edge of the vertex-angle. The bisector and the reference line together define a preset angle in between. With the structural design of left-and-right slant of vertex-angle of the pillar sections, direction of refracted light through the optical film is irregularly distributed so that light and dark portion on the screen of display are distributed irregularly.
