Summary:An optical pick-up head and the electro-magnetic actuator thereof are provided. The electro-magnetic actuator is provided for moving a lenses holder having an object lens set. The electro-magnetic actuator includes at least one magnet, at least one coil, and at least one conducting yoke. The magnet is spaced from the lens holder, and the coil is wound on the lens holder to generate electro-magnetic force that interacts with the magnet. The conducting yoke is spaced from the lens holder, wherein the conducting yoke has an extended block protruded toward the lens holder. The extended block attract magnetic flux of the magnet, such that magnetic flux distribution on the coil is regulated to be uniform.
