A mobile electronic ticket (e-ticket) system using visual secret sharing scheme mainly comprises: while in use, first creating a user account number at a server end and downloading a secret key generated by a secret key generating module into a mobile device; when an access or a business transaction is required, requiring the user account number to be inputted from the mobile device; connecting the mobile device with the server to confirm the user identification; and, if the user is legitimate, allowing the server to randomly generate a transaction password and, according to the secret key and transaction password of the user, generate a public key before transmitting the public key to the user end. Thus, when the user wishes to use the public key, a program of the mobile device can combine the secret key and the public key into a visible e-ticket so that a device having a mobile e-ticket identification module can decrypt the content of the e-ticket automatically and confirm the legitimacy of the transaction
