An electronic trading system comprises: a wireless order placing gate, a certification logging server, a certification verifying server, and a certification managing server. The wireless order placing gate receives and transfers certification applying data and trading data. The certification logging server is connected with the wireless order placing gate for receiving the trading data and is pre-stored with a certification data. The certification verifying server accepts the certification data from the certification logging server and verifies the certification data, and then passes the result of verification back to the wireless order placing gate. If the verification result is successful, then the wireless order placing gate passes the trading data to a trading server for trading operation. The certification managing server receives the certification applying data from the wireless order placing gate and performs an application procedure of certification authority, and then passes the applied certification
