Summary: | In this invention, plastic particles, after being produced with tourmaline powders mixed with regenerated resin based rigid plastics under molten state, are then drawn into fibril wool which is then further processed into resin wool of single strand. The tourmaline non-woven fabric may be used to sandwich calcium sulfite (three layers of fabrics sandwiching two layers of calcium sulfite) to obtain a tourmaline fibril woven (resin wool) containing calcium sulfite capable of generating infrared rays, resisting oxidation (low oxidative redox potential, ORP) and removing chlorine. The tourmaline fibril woven is further combined with a porous micro-particle filter film/non-woven fibril filter film (made of tourmaline powder and zeolite powder) to obtain a multi-wool filter core, wherein the porous micro-particle filter film/non-woven fibril filter film is capable of removing such contaminants as heavy metals, chlorine, dioxin and grease in water.
