Disclosed in the present invention is an automatic control system and method of audio playing device. An audio converting circuit is used to receive the environment sound to generate an analog signal, and a clock generating circuit is used to generate a clock signal. Then, an analog digital converting circuit converts the analog signal into a digital signal based on the clock signal, and transmits it to be stored in a storage circuit. Next, a digital analog converting circuit converts and stores the digital signal as an analog signal. Afterwards, based on the analog signal converted by the digital analog converting circuit, an audio control circuit adjusts the volume to be played by the audio playing device. In addition, the clock generating circuit stops generating clock signals when the audio playing device plays the audio, driving the analog digital converting circuit not to convert analog signals into digital signals.
