Summary: | A dry film from which an optical waveguide having high dimensional accuracy, satisfactory transmission characteristics, and excellent flex resistance can be easily produced in a short time. The dry film (1) comprises a base film (2), an uncured photosensitive resin composition layer (3), and a cover film (4) which have been superposed in this order. The photosensitive resin composition layer (3) comprises (A) a polymer comprising repeating units represented by the following formulae (1) and (2): (1) (2) (wherein R1 and R2 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl; R3 is (meth)acryloyl; X is a single bond or a divalent organic group; and Y is an unpolymerizable organic group), (B) a compound which contains a linear structure formed by the reaction of a polyol compound with a polyisocyanate compound and having urethane bonds repeatedly and has two to six (meth)acryloyl groups, (C) a compound having one or more ethylenically unsaturated groups per molecule, and (D) a photo-radical polymerization initiator. |
