The present invention provides a nursing bottle with an air valve device. According to the invention, a bottle body is installed with an air valve device and a teat. The air valve device includes: a cover plate strode over the opening of the bottle body, a valve stem installed on the cover plate, and a valve plug fastened on the lower end of the valve stem. The center of cover plate is formed with a through hole. Furthermore, the periphery of the through hole is formed with at least an aperture. The valve stem is installed in the through hole. When the valve stem is bound with the cover plate, the through hole and aperture of the cover plate is sealed. When the nursing bottle is loaded with fluid, the valve stem is located away from the cover plate so that the fluid is capable of flowing through the aperture and entering the teat for a baby to sucking in the fluid. When the nursing bottle contains no fluid and only air is left in the nursing bottle, the valve stem will cover the aperture and through hole so t
