The structure of the membrane layer is 0.4M3LmH1.25L0.25H1.25L, in which H denotes the high index of refraction of membrane layer that an iron-nickel-chrome alloy was selected as a membrane material; L denotes low index of refraction of membrane layer that SiO2 was selected as a membrane material; M denotes an intermediate membrane layer in which the index of refraction between the high index of refraction of membrane layer and substrate, wherein the intermediate membrane layer acts as a first layer which is plated directly on one side of the substrate; mH is a concentration adjusting layer for the neutral density filter, m denotes a value which is definitely based on the concentration and spectrum of the index of refraction of the neutral density filter.
