Summary:A structure of gas stove includes at least a gas inlet component having a gas outlet opening and an ignition mechanism; a barrier component installed on the gas inlet component and installed with an opening corresponding to the gas outlet opening; and at least a flame outlet component installed on the barrier component; in which the barrier component is used to prevent foreign matters from entering and accumulating in the gas inlet component when the gas stove is in use. The flame outlet component, corresponding to the ignition mechanism, is installed with a cover part. The cover part is used to concentrate the gas near the ignition mechanism in order to increase the gas concentration so that the ignition mechanism can ignite gas more smoothly. Thus, the present invention uses the design of the barrier component and the cover part to avoid foreign matters, such as grease, from accumulating in the gas inlet component during the cooking process, which may cause blockage of the gas outlet opening and difficulty
