Summary: | A rubber lining method for the inner circumference of a metal tube comprises the following steps: partially wet adhering a rubber sheet with a plurality of ventilation holes to the inner circumference of a metal tube; covering the surface of rubber by the gas penetrable FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) which is used as a release layer; packing the surface by the bubbly cotton fiber which is used as a intermediate for vacuum ventilation; sleeving a nylon bag on the final surface of the tube; extracting air out off the bag; and hardening the rubber by heating so that the rubber can compactly combine with the inner circumference of the metal tube. |
