Summary: | To provide an air current generator capable of suppressing the occurrence of noise without lowering a discharge rate of a gas or a cooling capacity, and to provide an electronic apparatus mounting it. SOLUTION: It is assumed that an opening area of a nozzle 2 is S1[m2], an air mass flow within the nozzle 2 is V1[m3/s], a cross-section area in a chamber 11 within a plane (Y-Z plane) approximately perpendicular to the air current in a point with the air current having the largest current velocity within the chamber 11 generated is S2[m2], and the air mass flow at the point is V2[m3/s]. In this case, the air current generator 10 satisfies V2/S2<=V1/S1. That is, the current velocity of the air current having the largest current velocity within the chamber 11 is set not more than the current velocity of the air current generated at the opening within the nozzle 2. This extremely lowers the velocity of the air current within the chamber 11 to prevent the noise. |
