Summary:A micro flow device and its method capable of being addressed is a multi-dimensional network system of micro flow tunnels. Using the control of at least one driving device and at least one restricted device, the flow sample can flow arbitrarily to designed positions and perform the specific tasks. Using for performing the different samples, this invented micro flow device and its method is not only to be an experiment for analyzing platform for complex bioscience and chemistry response, but the invention can also be applied to be an active or passive monitor by use of sample of reflecting and emitting lights with a specific wavelength.
