This organic dye is a phthalocyanine having substitute group and is bonded with substituted or unsubstituted ferrocenyl group through anhydride groups and a bridge unit G. G could be -O-, -S-, -S-(CH2)1-6-, -(NH)-, -N(alkyl)-, -(CH2)-, -CH(alkyl)-,-C(alkyl)2-, -(CH2-O)-, -C(=O)-, -C-O-C(=O)-, -O-C(=O)-, or-C(=O)-O-.
