This invention possesses a base plate (6), which equipped with a front seat (10). A deep drawing forming process is used on the base plate part (17) of the front seat (10) to gather the expanding part (15) on the top of the fuel trough (12). The forming area is at least from the base part of the forgoing expanding part (15) to the body's front edge part and the residual surface's base plates part (17a~17c) of the body's lateral two-side edge part. Furthermore, the part from the front edge part of the base plate (6) to the base part of the expanding part (15) of the side edge part becomes a part used to fix the framework structure of the body (2). Therefore, the base plate (6) is strengthened by flexibly applying the body's framework structure.
